Lola Andrews is the Executive Director of Community Connection Network (CCN). She is a significant leader. She executes strategies and leads the operations and business activities of Community Connection Network (CCN).
Throughout her life, Lola has been afforded the opportunity to learn a great deal from many incredible personal and professional experiences. She has a passion for education, some of her accolades include dual courses at her high school career center, core 40 high school diploma, studied Early Childhood Education and graduated in 2010, attended Ivy Tech Community College in 2011 for Business Administration, Summer Program Director for YMCA Indianapolis, IN south location in 2012, and Teachers Assistant at Kinder Care Learning Center from 2013-2015.
Lola’s has been an entrepreneur since 2015 until present and is passionate about helping others. She loves all things creative, business, finance, and Philanthropy.
Her love and desire to promote the awareness of others makes her a notable philanthropist. Each year in October she hosts a Breast Cancer Awareness & Survival Campaign with proceeds given to Breast Cancer Survivors.
Dorene
Program Coordinator
Dorene is the Program Coordinator for Community Connection Network (CCN). She enjoys helping people and her willingness to assist is limitless. Her area of expertise is managing, coordinating, overseeing, and evaluating programs and objectives for the operation and outreach of Community Connection Network. She is the owner of Sterling Unlimited LLC in which she effectively organizes and coordinates services to ensure her clients satisfaction.
She is passionate and focused on supporting and providing advocacy to inspire and empower people in need. Her ability to assist in all aspects of each program provided by CCN results in positive outcomes. Her dedication to teamwork is an essential part of helping make Community Connection Network a successful resource to our communities. Some of her accolades include Director of Children’s Ministry, Director of Substance Abuse ministry, and Director of Sterling Cleaning Services and Everything Paint Company.
Gladden Williams is the CEO of Community Connection Network (CCN). He has been an entrepreneur for over 15 years and founded this organization on his love for people and a vision to connect the community with very important resources.
A philanthropist who is very passionate about the welfare of others, Gladden saw a need to create a platform for inclusion. Community Connection Network is a foundation that creates opportunity for people to network, gain knowledge, and use gained resources to change and strengthen their individual homes, communities, and businesses.
He is generous and skillful in communicating, interacting, networking, and connecting others. Through his organized campaigns he gives back to the community by providing food, transportation, clothing, essentials, and consulting. He is dedicated to help shape the success of the people who work, live, and do business in our communities.
